US Passport Renewal
You can Renew your US Passport if :
- You were issued your passport within the past 15 years;
- You were over the age of 16 when passport was issued;
- Your passport is not damaged;
- You can submit your most recent passport.
INCORRECT OR MISSING INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN REJECTION OF APPLICATION OR SIGNIFICANT DELAY.
For us to process your passport properly and on time you MUST send International Passport and Visa Service Request Form along with the following documents:
1 - International Passport & Visa Authorization Letter International Passport & Visa Authorization Letter, completed and signed.
2 - Most Recent US Passport 
3 - U.S. Passport Application Form DS-82, create your DS-82 by going through the online process at the Department of State website.Note: Application is not compatible with Safari web browser.
5 - Proof of Travel Copy of your travel itinerary OR a business letter on your company’s letter.You have to provide proof of travel overseas in the next 2 weeks (if no visa is required) and in the next 4 weeks (if a visa is required).
6 - Government Fees One check or money order. (Please write your full name and date of birth on the check)- Passport Application Fee - Payable to the U.S. Department of State in the amount of $170.
