Tanzania Visa

For us to process your visa properly and on time you MUST send International Passport and Visa Service Request Form with the following TOURIST VISA documents:

• Passport with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay and at least one BLANK VISA PAGE and signed;
• One application form, completed and signed;
• Two passport photos;
• Copy of airline ticket or flight itinerary;
• Copy of recent bank statement (Proof of sufficient funds for the trip);
• Immunization against cholera and anti-malaria pills are recommended;
• Copy of Green Card (Residency Card) for Non-US Citizens;
• For minors a notarized statement from the parent not traveling with minor. Address the statement to Tanzania Embassy in Washington DC, giving permission to the other parent to obtain the visa and take the minor to Tanzania.

• Passport with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay and at least one BLANK VISA PAGE and signed;
• One application form, completed and signed;
• Two passport photos;
• Copy of airline ticket or flight itinerary;
• Copy of recent bank statement (Proof of sufficient funds for the trip);
• Immunization against cholera and anti-malaria pills are recommended;
• Business letter on the company's letterhead or an invitation from a Tanzanian counterpart;
• Copy of Green Card (Residency Card) for Non-US Citizens.
• Parental Approval for Minors -

• Effective June 1, 2006, incomplete visa application forms shall not be processed.
• Single and double entry visas are valid for 6 months from the date of issue for stays of up to 3 months.
• For stays more than 3 months, special pass will be issued at any immigration office in Tanzania.
• Yellow fever vaccination is not a requirement for entering Tanzania.
• License or certificate for pets is required if traveling with pets.
