DOCUMENTS

For us to process your visa properly and on time you MUST send International Passport and Visa Service Request Form with the following TOURIST VISA documents:
  • Passport with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay and at least one BLANK VISA PAGE and signed;
  • One application form, completed online. Please print the receipt for payment made online;
  • Two passport photos;
  • Copy of airline ticket or flight itinerary;
  • Copy of hotel confirmation;
  • Copy of Green Card (Residency Card) for Non-US Citizens;

 

Visas for Minors

  • A birth certificate reflecting names of both parents.
  • Copies of the data page of both parents passport.
  • Letter of consent signed by both parents.
  • ONE passport front-faced photograph of each child.

DOCUMENTS

For us to process your visa properly and on time you MUST send International Passport and Visa Service Request Form with the following BUSINESS VISA documents:
  • Passport with validity of at least 6 months beyond intended stay and at least one BLANK VISA PAGE and signed;
  • One application form, completed online. Please print the receipt for payment made online;
  • Two passport photo;
  • Copy of airline ticket or flight itinerary;
  • Copy of hotel confirmation;
  • Proof of sufficient funds (Copy of recent bank statement);
  • Business letter on the company’s letterhead AND letter of invitation from company to be visited in Nigeria;
  • Copy of Green Card (Residency Card) for Non-US Citizens.

 

Subject to regularization (STR)

  • Four recent full face passport size photographs.
  • Four certified copies of expatriate quota approval from Nigeria or approval from Nigeria for STR
  • Four certified copies of all credentials and certificates
  • Four copies – Letter of offer of employment
  • Four copies – Letter of acceptance of employment offer

 

Temporary work permit (TWP)

  • Approval from Nigeria/Immigration Service for temporary work permit(copy)
  • Letter from company in Nigeria requesting (TWP)

 

 

INFORMATION

  • The fee of $180.00 must be paid online by applicants as they complete the visa application form. They should print the confirmation of that payment.
  • The following Nigeria Embassy fee is in addition to the $180.00 applicants pay online. This fee is paid when the visa application and other documents are submitted to the embassy for the processing of the visa.
