Download IPV Service Request Form

Provide your valid, original and signed passport. A visa is a stamp or sticker applied to the passport by the embassy or consulate, therefore the original passport is required.

  • at least six (6) months remaining validity
  • at least two (2) completely blank visa pages available

Two (2) passport style photos.

  • 2" x 2" size
  • white background
  • taken within 6 months

Copy of your round-trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.

  • The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
  • If you have not purchased your tickets, please call us (310-274-2020) to further assist you.

Copy of Green Card (officially known as a Permanent Resident Card).

A $15 fee applies if IPV obtains a money order on your behalf. If providing your own U.S. Postal Money Order for your visa application, the fee will be waived.

Additional Info

  • Kenya Tourist Visa – Issued for a single entry and is valid for up to six (6) months from the date of issue, for a stay of up to 30 days.
  • If you are making more than one entry into Kenya due to travel to Tanzania or Uganda, you can request a Visitors Pass on your first visit to Kenya.
  • If you are making more than one entry into Kenya due to travel to countries other than Tanzania or Uganda, a six (6) month multiple entries visa can be issued to you upon request. Attach a letter to your application requesting a multiple entry visa, and explain the reason.

  • Applications begin processing the business day after your documents are completed and ready to submit.
  • If shipping your documents to us, processing times do not include return shipping estimates.
  • Processing times and fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Consulate fees may require a U.S. Postal Money Order. A $15 fee applies if IPV obtains a money order on your behalf. If providing your own U.S. Postal Money Order for your visa application, the fee will be waived.
