Requirements

Provide your valid, original and signed passport. A visa is a stamp or sticker applied to the passport by the embassy or consulate, therefore the original passport is required.

  • at least six (6) months remaining validity
  • at least two (2) completely blank visa pages available

Two (2) passport style photos.

  • 2" x 2" size
  • white background
  • taken within 6 months

Copy of your round-trip airline tickets, or itinerary or e-ticket, or letter of confirmation from a travel agent.

  • The itinerary must show the applicant's name, date of arrival and departure from the country, and flight information.
  • If you have not purchased your tickets, please call us (310-274-2020) to further assist you.

Copy of the first page of passport.

Single Entry

A copy of the applicants most recent bank statement. The statement must be from an account that has readily and easily obtainable funds (checking or savings account). Accounts such as a 401K, IRA's will not be acceptable. Bank statement must show at least $700 person and $1500 per family.

It is advisable to erase account numbers, the statement must clearly show the applicant(s) name.


Multiple Entry

A copy of bank statement or evidence of adequate finance for the last 6 months with a minimum balance of $7,000.00 per each family member traveling for every month for the past 6 months, the statement must be from an account that is readily and easily obtainable funds (checking or savings accounts), Accounts such as a 401K, IRA's will not be acceptable.

It is advisable to erase account numbers, the statement must clearly show the applicant(s) name.

Copy of Green Card (officially known as a Permanent Resident Card).

A business letter from a U.S. company.

A business letter is an original document on company letterhead signed by a company official. It must provide the dates, duration and purpose of the trip. It should also include contact details (name and address) of an individual at the host company. Close the letter by accepting moral and financial responsibility for the applicant. The invitation letter should contain the following:

  • Name of the reference/visiting firm in Thailand.
  • Nature of business to be performed as well as duration of stay.
  • Company guarantee of financial responsibility for all travel.
  • The letter must specify the visa validity and number of entries.
  • The letter must be on company letterhead and bear signature/stamp.

Original Letter of Invitation on letterhead from a host company or organization in Thailand.

Applicant must submit a Letter of Invitation from the inviting party or organization. The letter should contain the applicants name and title, detail the purpose of the visit, provide dates of the visit and should be signed by a company officer with contact details included.

Scanned/printed copies are generally acceptable.

Two (2) copies of the visa application form, completed and signed.

Additional Info

  • Additional requirements may include:

    1. A copy of the hosts Business Registration and Business License issued by the Department of Commercial Registration and certified by the Department for not less than 3 months.
    2. A copy of the company's profile of the business host in Thailand.
    3. A copy of the list of shareholders from the business host in Thailand.
    4. Balance sheet, Statement of Income Tax and Business Tax of the past two years.
    5. Documentation of correspondence with trading partners in Thailand.
