When prompted on the application “Where should the passport be mailed?”, simply put your home address when using our service, there is no mailing involved as we hand deliver and pick up passports from the passport office.
At the end of the application there is a summary of passport fees. You will not be prompted to pay for anything online. This is just used as a breakdown of charges so people are aware of the costs. Since you are using our services, don’t select any of the boxes and bypass the “Summary of Fees” page and click on “Submit”.

The letter you got at the time the passport was issued;

A photocopy of acceptable identity documentation such as a valid driver’s license, a previously issued full validity passport, certificate of naturalization, etc.

Photo ID (Issued by DMV)
Government (Federal, State, municipal) employee ID card or pass
The above items should contain your signature AND physical description or photograph that is a good likeness of you.
6 – Additional Documentation
The necessary documentations as specified by in the letter given to you at the time your passport was issued.
7 – One Recent US Standard Size Passport Photograph
8 – Proof of Travel
Copy of your travel itinerary OR a business letter on your company’s letter.
You have to provide proof of travel overseas in the next 2 weeks (if no visa is required) and in the next 4 weeks (if a visa is required).
NOTE: Further documentation may be requested by the passport agency during the exchange process in order for you to receive a full-validity passport.
INFORMATION – US PASSPORT ISSUED OVERSEAS
U.S. Embassies and Consulates all over the world accept applications to replace passports that have been lost, stolen, or mutilated (damaged). A U.S. passport is a valuable document, not just for you the rightful bearer. Therefore always report the loss or theft of a U.S. passport to the local police authorities to avoid identity theft!
The State Department remains committed to ensuring that American citizens receive the most secure documents in a timely manner.
In order to replace the passport, it will be necessary for you to appear personally at the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate. You should submit your application for a replacement passport as soon as possible after the loss or theft is discovered.
Replacement passports can be issued within two weeks. In cases where the applicant must travel urgently, the Embassy/Consulate can issue an ‘emergency passport’ with limited validity. This passport is valid for all travel and identifies you as a U.S. citizen. It can not be extended. Passport holders are required to exchange their limited validity passports for a full-validity photo-digitized passport upon completion of their travel at an embassy/consulate overseas or at a Passport Agency in the United States.
U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your passport is issued will give you a letter with instructions on how to exchange your limited validity passport. You should keep this letter and return it with your new application.
If you reside in the United States, upon returning to the United States apply and exchange your limited validity passport with a full validity passports.

The processing of passport applications start the day after your documents are completed and ready to submit.
Due to the limited number of applications we can process on same day/8 hours, you need to call our office on 310-274-2020 to reserve the slot.
